About Icelandic Salmon
Raised in offshore farms along the Western coast of Iceland, our Icelandic salmon thrive in the ice-cold currents of ASC-certified farms.
There are never any antibiotics or hormones used in raising the Icelandic salmon, and the feed is non-GMO.

Flavorful and light, our salmon melts in your mouth.
Firm, with great intramuscular fat and a medium flake.
Salmon is really versatile in the kitchen. It’s excellent in raw preparations, like sashimi, and it’s also delicious roasted, oil-poached or on the grill.
Salmon is a great substitute for other pink fish like arctic char and steelhead trout.
Icelandic salmon is available year-round.
