The Icelandic fish we source are easy to prepare and fun to work with! And, they’re packed with beneficial omega-3 fatty acids (yes, we’re telling you the fish we sell is both good for you and delicious). Our aim is to give you ideas for cooking different kinds of fish (Icelandic cusk! wolffish! arctic char! pollock!) using different methods (roasting! pan-searing! poaching! grilling!).

Our collection of recipes and tips are built to help you meal plan and cook every day, and to provide you with inspiration so you can more easily enjoy and benefit from eating more fish at home.
