Heiða is a political entrepreneur from Reykjavík, Iceland and a prominent figure in Icelandic politics over the past ten years. Before joining up with Mr. Luckett to establish EFNI, Heiða was a parliamentarian and participated as a member on many boards. She was a chief political advisor and campaign manager to the former Mayor of Reykjavik, Jón Gnarr and CEO of the Best Party (Besti flokkurinn). Heiða also served as vice chairman for the Welfare Committee of Reykjavík. Her background is in media and PR.


Coming from a family with deep roots in the Seafood industry Vigfús has been around fish his whole life. With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Vigfús has been involved at every level; everything from catching, producing, sales and product development. Vigfús has a business degree from a university in Germany and is a board member of several seafood companies, both in Iceland and Canada.


Oliver is a technology entrepreneur who served as Head of Innovation at the Walt Disney Company and was a co-founder of video sharing platform Revver. As CEO of theAudience, Luckett worked with diverse clients including Obama for America, Coachella, Pixar, and American Express. He has managed the digital personae of hundreds of celebrities and a range of brands worldwide. He is also co-author of the best selling book “The Social Organism.”


Örn Valdimarsson is the Managing Director of Investments at Eyrir Invest. Örn has led numerous investments on behalf of Eyrir and serves on the Board of Directors in several companies on behalf of Eyrir. Örn holds a BS degree in Economics from the University of Iceland and an Executive Certificate degree from Copenhagen Business School.


Ari has an extensive background in Corporate Banking and Finance, mainly related to Fisheries and Seafood. In his previous work at Landsbanki, Ari was involved in some of the largest Icelandic and International seafood transactions. He has also served as a board member in various companies and committees. Ari holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iceland and an MS degree in Food Engineering from Oregon State University.
