As founder and president of Pearl Oceans, Meghan’s mission is to help create and sell innovative aquaculture and sustainable seafood brands from around the world.

Arnie is an avid fisherman with a lifetime affinity for fish. He has an MBA from the University of Miami and is a seafood industry expert, having worked with both farms and distributors developing and executing route to market strategies.

She is a veteran marketing strategist who has marketed and sold responsibly-produced ingredients and consumer packaged goods in seafood, meat and produce industries. She’s driven to help futuristic food companies thrive in a complex and noisy landscape. Her creative ideas for activations that move target audiences have gained her industry recognition and brand accolades. Just like the title can save a book, she believes loved brands save companies.


Director of US Sales & Sustainability

Patrick is a seafood sales professional with a deep passion for life, nature and the ocean. Attending the University of Miami for undergraduate and graduate school, he earned a degree in Marine Affairs and Policy, with specialization in Marine Aquaculture. Patrick has spent his career advancing aquaculture operations in every aspect from sales, to production through his expertise in sustainable aquaculture.


Operations Manager

An entrepreneur at heart, Nikki Solgot comes to us with nineteen years of project & operational management experience, having owned, operated, and sold three companies she attributes her passion for finance, processes, and procedures to working with a team and supporting them as they flourish. Dedicated to streamlining operations, successfully cutting costs, and increasing productivity, Nikki is responsible for the formulation, implementation, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end operation to achieve Niceland Seafood’s short and long-range strategic objectives.

Content & Digital Marketing Manager

Rachel is a digital marketing professional with more than eight years of experience. Her expertise is in website development, SEO, paid ads & content creation. She made a significant impact in her previous roles by leading targeted campaigns for custom, segmented demographics. She is excited to take these learnings and apply it to Niceland Seafood’s content & build a robust digital presence.
